Pricing and Payment Policy

Pricing policy

• The listed price is the final price you pay, in Vietnamese dong (VND), inclusive of all applicable taxes and statutory charges, if any.
• The service is delivered entirely online, so no shipping charges apply.
• Beyond the listed price you pay nothing else: no setup fee, no account maintenance fee, no transaction fee. Any transfer charge levied by your own bank is not collected by EverAI.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew and never charge you automatically. When a cycle ends, it is entirely your decision whether to buy again.
• Every promotion applied to your order, including bonus credits and the discount amount, is shown in full on the order confirmation screen before you confirm payment.
• When prices change, we publish the change on the platform at least 20 days before it takes effect. Price changes never affect plans you have already paid for.
• EverAI is a direct-sales platform with no third-party sellers, so no seller-facing service fee schedule applies.

Proof of transaction

The platform owner is a household business and has not yet registered to issue electronic invoices, so we do not currently issue invoices for orders placed on the platform. Your proof of transaction consists of:

• The order confirmation email sent as soon as your payment is recognised, stating the plan, the credits, any promotion applied and the amount paid.
• The payment history section of your account, which keeps the transaction reference of every top-up for you to reconcile at any time.
• The bank statement for the account you paid from.

Once we complete registration for electronic invoicing, this section will be updated on this page.

Payment policy

Accepted payment methods

Bank transfer. This is currently the only supported payment method. The process is:

1. Choose a plan and place your order. The confirmation screen shows the credits, any promotion applied, the service term and the total amount payable.
2. The system generates a transfer QR code together with the bank account details and the transfer reference. Scan it with your banking app, or enter the details manually exactly as shown.
3. Keep the transfer reference exactly as generated. It is the automatic reconciliation code; if you change it, your order may not be recognised automatically and will need manual handling.
4. Once the bank confirms the transfer, the system automatically adds your credits or activates your plan within a maximum of 10 minutes, with a confirmation email.

If your credits have not arrived after 10 minutes, send your transaction reference to contact@everai.vn. We respond within 4 working hours and resolve it within 1 working day.

We do not collect or store your card number or banking credentials.

Plan changes and refunds

The service is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, so as a general rule change-of-mind purchases are not refunded; instead you may switch to a different plan if you have not used any credits.

Where you do qualify for a refund under Plan changes and refunds - a duplicate or excess transfer, a failure to deliver the service, or our discontinuing the service - the refund is made by bank transfer back to the account used for payment, within 7 working days of our confirming that your request is valid. You pay no processing fee.

Credit terms

Credits are the internal unit used to access EverAI services.

How credits are created

• Free credits: granted automatically to every account and refreshed on a recurring basis. Unused free credits do not carry over.
• Subscription credits: added to your account when a plan is activated, in the amount published for that plan.
• Bonus credits: added when your order falls within a running promotion. The amount is always shown on the order confirmation screen before you pay.

Scope and use

• Credits are used for text-to-speech, voice cloning and dubbing services on everai.vn, including use through the API.
• Each request consumes credits according to the text length or audio duration and the voice model you choose. The expected cost is shown before you confirm the request.
• Where an account holds both free credits and subscription credits, the system spends free credits first, so that the credits you paid for are preserved as long as possible. Requests sent through the API do not use free credits: they draw on subscription credits only.
• The full history of credits added and spent is recorded in your account history so you can reconcile it at any time.

Conversion terms, rates and limits

• The money-to-credit conversion rate for each package is published in the pricing table on the Pricing page and is the only rate applied.
• Credits are converted in one direction only, from money to credits.
• Credits cannot be converted into cash and cannot be converted back into money, except where you qualify for a refund under Plan changes and refunds.
• Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or shared between accounts.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for third-party goods or services.

Credit validity

• Subscription credits: retained for up to 7 days from the day your last plan expires.
  • Renew or buy a new subscription within those 7 days and all your unused credits carry over to the new plan.
  • If 7 days pass with no active subscription, subscription credits are set to zero.
• Free credits: re-granted each period, overwriting the previous balance, so they do not accumulate.
• Unused credits cease to be valid if your account is deleted at your request or terminated for a serious breach.

Responsibilities of the parties

• EverAI is responsible for crediting the correct and full amount for what the user has paid, charging only the published rates, keeping a complete transaction history, and refunding credits where the fault is established to be with our system.
• The user is responsible for keeping their login details secure, using the transfer reference exactly as generated, and checking their balance and credit usage history.
• Where credit balances differ, both parties reconcile them using the transaction history and system logs, following the process under Receiving and resolving feedback, requests and complaints.
