When using EverAI's synthesis and voice cloning features, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You will not use the voice of any third party without their explicit prior written permission or consent. You assume full responsibility for copyrights and any disputes related to uploaded audio samples.
- You will not use cloned voices to impersonate others, perform scam/phishing calls, fake identity, defame, slander, or commit any other violations of Vietnamese law.
- You will not use our services to generate harmful, offensive, historically distorted, anti-state content, or any content that violates the law or the fine customs of Vietnam.
You retain ownership of your original voice data. By using the voice cloning feature, you grant EverAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and adapt your voice data solely to create, provide, and improve your cloned voice and our services. EverAI will not sell or share your original voice data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The quality of the cloned voice depends on the quality and clarity of the audio sample you provide; EverAI does not guarantee a 100% perfect replica of the original voice.
- Delivery method: EverAI operates as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Upon successful payment transfer, the system will automatically activate the subscription package or credit the corresponding balance to your account within a maximum of 10 minutes. Customers will receive an email notification or see updates directly on their Dashboard.
- Refund policy: Purchases of credits or subscription packages are non-refundable once you have initiated service usage (e.g., executing voice generation or dubbing commands). Customers are entitled to a 100% refund within 3 days of payment if they have not used any credits from the purchased package, or if a critical technical issue prevents service delivery within 24 hours. Please send refund requests along with bank transfer details and transaction IDs to contact@everai.vn for processing.
- Contact channel: Any complaints, feedback, or requests for support regarding our services should be submitted directly via email at contact@everai.vn or through our hotline at 0389468260.
- Handling time: EverAI will acknowledge receipt of complaints within 24 working hours. After validating system records and information, EverAI will propose a resolution within a maximum of 3 working days.
- Dispute resolution: Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation or mediation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam in accordance with Vietnamese law.
You understand that your use of this website is at your sole risk. All information, instructions, software, products, programs, and services are provided on an "as is" basis. The website is provided as a public resource without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EverAI does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. EverAI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, quality, or reliability of text-to-speech conversion or cloned voices. Generated audio may contain errors or artifacts due to the nature of AI technology.
In no event will EverAI or its affiliates be liable to you or any party for any damages (including direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind) related to or arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or legal issues arising from the audio content you generate using our services.
If you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or our Privacy Policy, EverAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website and services, at its sole discretion, without notice.
These Terms of Use and provisions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any claims, legal proceedings, or litigation arising in connection with these Terms of Use will be brought solely in Vietnam.
